1. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your dealership details and for all activity on your account.

2. Bidding

Bids are binding offers. Winning a live auction or accepting a counter offer forms a commitment to complete the transaction.

3. Listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of vehicle details, disclosures, and images they submit.

4. Fees & payments

Applicable buyer and seller fees are shown before an action is confirmed.
